    The worst customer service and horrible communication within "medical service" company I have ever experienced. My father had to utilize Fitzsimmons for oxygen services for about 7 years- they never provided any tubing or any service of the machine beyond delivery of the actual Oxygen concentrator. Fast forward to 6months ago- the machine began malfunctioning. Fitzsimmons would not come service the machine, they instead shipped via ***** a 50lb new concentrator to my dad who is 74 years old with chronic COPD among other health issues. This man cannot lift 10 lbs let alone a 50 pound concentrator. I had to assist him in setting up the new machine and RETURNING THE OLD ONE by carrying it to my nearest *****.Fast forward again to December. My dad enters hospice care. I call Fitzsimmons 3 days later as his concentrator was replaced on a Friday and was essentially HARASSED by Fitzsimmons customer service for not informing them sooner regarding my father entering hospice care and the return of the oxygen concentrator that is THEIR PROPERTY. 3 Days?! For a MONTH I have been calling nonstop trying to get a box and label to return THEIR PROPERTY back to them. After 2weeks I received a box ( but no label). Finally a solid month to the day I spoke with a supervisor and got a shipment label, (again taking a 50lb box over to ***** for drop off).Now I am getting harassed with calls asking where their equipment is. Are you serious?! I tried for a month to get it back. It's in transit. My father dies and there is no compassion even though this entire time I was contacting them trying to return the equipment and could not get a box and a label from them.Completely unprofessional, rude and that absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention having to pay for all medical supplies regarding oxygen for my dad this entire time, finding out that this should have been fully covered by the company. Ridiculous.Stay far away from this company. They are a joke.
