    I wanted triple service to upgrade the electrical to my garage (not attached to my house). They gave me an estimate (only a verbal amount) and told me I had to pay half upfront. My dad was actually at my house when they were here to do the estimate (charged me $49). I did talk to them on the phone and was only told they would need to get a bunch of supplies. I paid half the amount upfront to get the project going. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill and never received one. I talked with a few friends who have had a project like my done and they said they paid $1000 not the $4300 I am being quoted. I again asked for an itemized bill and was sent a very general form that doesn't have detailed information on it. I then called them to cancel since they won't provide me with details. They said I would have to pay a restocking fee ($124.25), the wire was a supposed special order ($382.40 plus ***** tax) and $250 for labor. I will pay for the wire and the restocking fee if they can prove that it costs that much. I should not have to pay for labor on a job that was never done. When I called to cancel I was told that company policy is that they do not supply itemized bills.

    Had them come in and install a new drain pipe in our basement. We were initially told we could have it sleeved and then were told we would need the higher cost job done of replacing the pipe. We lost one of our drains in our basement so they moved the drain hose from our water softener to a new drain WITHOUT recycling our water softner to make sure it would work with the new drain location. it did NOT work and once a week we had standing water on half of our basement floor (a problem we did not have prior). Thankfully my husband was able to figure out a way to fix it himself. Also, they left our basement floor a complete mess! The concrete that was used to replace our floor is NOT what should be used in a basement, it is gritty and full of rocks and now we cannot tile our basement floor as we intended and had told to them. There are also large cracks between our old floor and the crappy concrete they used to fill in their hole they dug as well as a very large chip in our floor. They did not close off the area they were working in with any type of tarps and EVERYTHING in my basement as well as upstairs in my house was covered in concrete dust. Had they let me know how dirty of a job it was I would have been able to cover my belongings ahead of time. Spent two entire weekends washing everything. I have had two other companies that do basement work tell me that no professional company should leave a concrete floor looking like that. $7,000 to have my floor ruined.

    I am looking at this job and it is from a year ago, March of 2021. It looks like your sewer concerns were camera'd on two different occasions, Jan 2021 & March 2021. Based on the condition and kind of sewer piping you had and the video gathered, the scope of a job had changed. Our technicians reviewed that with you. As far as the concrete work, yes it is very dusty job. We ask that any of our service experts prepare you for the kind of dust you will endure. No matter what precautionary measures are taken, there is always construction dust. We always express to our clients we are not concrete contractors and what we put back *** not look the same as what you had in the basement, as that is the procedure of all of our digging jobs. To speak about the softener issue, I see that when a concern call came in we scheduled a call and we re-routed the drain. (April 2021). We show no record of another call until January 2022, that was then canceled by the client.

    Our water softner was never rerouted to a new drain after the work completed. It had been emptying into the same drain it was orginally moved to since the work was completed in our basement and every week we had water all over our floor. Which wh TRIED to schedul appointments with you to have it assessed. Twice myself and my husband took off work to meet someone and each time within hour of our appointments they were canceled by your company. We were not going to continue scheduling appointments and having them canceled last minute.
