    April 15 2023 hvac system failed. Service was not made until May 5 (lots of unprofessional behavior between) technician charged us ***** for an inspection. He indicated there might be a leak but that he fixed the problem. System failed again May 23 due to the leak left unrepaired by the first technician. We have been working with the company ever since for resolution of our concerns. Company has been unprofessional and refusing to even discuss resolutions. We have documentation of rude and disrespectful emails as well as a belligerent voicemail that we can provide if necessary. We have a timeline of who we have spoken to as well as dates and times and outcomes of each conversation if that is needed.

    This company installed new Lennox HVAC system (both AC unit and new furnace) back in April 2015.Hiring them was a big mistake. I had nothing but problems with it from the beginning (both with AC unit and furnace), also a lot of struggles with the company.It started with the evaporator coil leaking water down to the plenum, then furnace overheating , making rattling noises.Yes, they were coming back to solve some of them (and some of them, sometimes after many attempts were solved), but new ones were usually showing up shortly after. During the past 7 years there were maybe 2 years all together without any issues. Rest of these years there was always something.Overall picture of this company is not impressive.I had a written agreement with them signed during installation: 10 years warranty for parts and labor as long I call them for scheduled maintenance twice a year, so I did for the past 7 years.Looks like downflow systems like mine are definitely overwhelming for them. Sometimes I had a feeling that people working for this company don't really know what they are doing.In the summer of 2021 after pushing them to solve the problem with freezing evaporator coil and requesting for the owner finally to show up( he did it first time after 6 years from the installation, till this time he was ignoring my emails, phone calls, text messages), they replaced evaporator coil in October 2021.As soon, I started to use AC in May 2022 during very hot days, new coil was freezing again, so I contacted them regarding this issue one more time(while living without working AC, for many days when outside temperature was above 90F and humidity was high). This was not the first time around during these 7 years,On 05.12.2022, they didn't show up for a scheduled warranty repair (freezing evaporator coil). I received text message from the owner:" I'm sorry, we've exhausted all our resources. You may have to call another company". They left me with the problem. I can't use AC.
