I received 2 charges from this business on my credit card. One was for $4.95 on May 27th, 2022 and the other was for $59.95 on June 9th, 2022. I called the number listed on my credit card and the person reading a sales script told me I had signed up for a subscription account. I NEVER signed up for a subscription with this company. She claimed that I could have signed up through a third party but she does not have that information. She continued to reply with her scripted sales pitch and I continued to inform her that I never signed up for any wellness program and I wanted to know how they had my personal information. She offered to cancel my subscription, that I NEVER signed up for, But would not refund my money. I hung up and filed a fraud claim and charge dispute with my credit card company. Upon googling the company the first few items that come up appear to be people reporting the same type of scam/fraud. How did this company get my personal information??? Is this a criminal enterprise? I would like the full details of how this company obtained my credit card and personal information in order to determine if I need to file a criminal complaint. I would also like a full refund.
