Complaint: Someone did come out eventually to see the window (after trying 7 times to schedule an appt)and they told me that they would let the office know. Since then, I have called on a daily basis and they are constantly shuffling me around telling me that that someone will send me a proposal for their labor cost or someone will call me to discuss. I have spoken with ***** (the owner), ***** and **** in this office. The only individual who takes time to speak with me is ****. However, she is always telling me that this person or that person will call/email me. I think she is just the admin and can't do much. I have faxed all the necessary warranty paperwork to **** and she informed me that the repair was approved by ***** and I need to o their labor cost before we schedule. How can I do that when they won't send me a labor cost quote? I am not sure what is going on there but they obviously do not want to honor any warranty. Very shady in my opinion
Desired Settlement: I want them to replace the defective parts in the window including the nite stoppers on all my windows in a timely manner. I am willing to pay a reasonable labor rate. However, I am not willing to pay an inflated labor rate just so they do not have to do the work or because I have filed a complaint against them.

The main issue I had with is company is that among other things I could not get anyone to email me a quote for the labor to replace the window pane and sash that is under warranty. I already knew that ***** the owner approved the replacement after numerous phone calls and badgering from me. I still do not know what they are going to charge to do this. How many days does it take to get a quote like this to someone? Also, I have ten windows and four windows have broken nite locks due to poor workmanship. Can I buy those and install myself?? Please have them provide a labor quote per their warranty so that I can make a decision. I had assumed all had been resolved since I never heard back from BBB or customer. This was sent out back on September 17, 2013. I forwarded it to a friend of mine who knows more than me about windows to see if it is a reasonable quote. I would appreciate it if this file stays open until the repair is done. I do not trust this company enough to follow through. I am obligated to give them a deposit before any repairs begin and without the BBB being involved I feel they will start the whole avoiding game again and I will be forced to contact you again. I did email **** ***** to let he know that I will be contacting her shortly with my approval or non-approval. Also, they did not list the 16 night locks that were promised to me on their contract. They need to put that in writing before I go ahead and proceed. NOTE FROM THE BBB: Please hold off on your response until after you have heard back from the consumer.
