I purchased an order for the Pastor's ******* along with the Sermon Outlines and Personal study guide early on every Year, only to receive the wrong items of which I did not order again. I am not yet sure what is the problem with this ********* base organization, you guys have got to do better. It does not matter whether I order early or late, I am charge for items that I did not purchase. I am a ************* teacher and being that I like to properly prepare and be ready for my classes, I am prompt, precise and does so in an orderly manner. What I received was the Large Print the Entire Bible in one Year, and personal study guide, not what I ordered, nor does it say Pastor's ******* with the sermons notes and personal study guide, which is what I ordered and asked for, The year 2023-2024. What is wrong with your employees, please make this make sense to me because I don't at this point. My order # is *****. Also, I was cheated out of my 10% discount for ordering early and I want it rushed at this point what I paid for and ordered, and I am not paying to return anything nor to ship it to me expedite **** or refund me my money, No exceptions, period. This is ridiculous! Every year I experience this nonsense.
