I paid for a 2 piece sofa and love seat with delivery from a advertised price of ****** total ****** with delivery and date was setup. The delivery guy arrived to state the furniture would not fit. Which he didn't not attempt to bring up to my 3rd floor apartment. Reason I pick this smaller furniture because I knew it would fit. Forcing me to return to the store because I was told no refund. Forcing me to pick another set in a short period time in order to have it delivered before the week was out. I found a smaller set on the floor, after checking. It was out of stock the sale rep said I could get the floor model for a 50 discount, due to the additional delivery fees I agreed. The floor model was delivered I set it up. After sitting on it my son started to cough and itch. After we both took showers we again attempted to watch a movie. But my son nose started to bleed and bumps started to appear on both out face and arms. After straying with cleansing treatment and vacuum the pillows. I attempted again to sit on the furniture but began to itch and my skin started burning my whole body is covered with itching and burning, my son nose starts to bleed again!!! I contacted cook brothers the next day. They refuse to exchanged or refund. I can't keep this infested item inside my home. And I can't afford to purchase new furniture again. And they wouldn't exchange I offered to bring it back or pay delivery.
