My order request was initiated on 5/22/23. I normally work with *******, and shes great. But, she was on vacation and the owner took over while she was gone I guess, ******. I told him the details on 3 separate occasions and even sent a mock-up in the actual shirt I wanted, which was ivory. All of our email correspondence said ivory. I sent back his mock-up 3 different times, finally accepting the 4th, because the placement and size of the design was off, though I sent it so many times and gave specifics, and even sent a mock-up on the actual shirt to scale. So, his final mock-up had the correct placement, and was very digitized, so I approved it because the ink color looked approximately correct and all communications said ivory for the shirt color. I get the shirts and they are bright white, so I reached out and ******* to tell her that our shirts were not ivory, as requested, and she said that ****** made the mock-up for white, though ***** was NOT written anywhere mind you, nor discussed, and said I should have been able to tell from his mock-up that it was white. Mock-*** literally warn that coloring is often incorrect because it is digitized, so how was I supposed to be able to tell the difference between white and ivory in a digitized mock-up when white was never discussed? I sent them screenshots of our communications and they said they could not help me with screenshots because the mock-up was made in white, though this was written nowhere and I had no reason to believe it was white, so they couldnt help me. This is extremely unprofessional, especially after paying $1,266. Two shirts had holes or tears and they did refund me $24 and some change for those. I need them to fix their mistake. We have worked together in the past with zero issues but ******, the owner, was not attentive to any information I sent him throughout the entire process, so I believe they are trying to protect their boss instead of fix their mistake.
