      We purchased a lift chair for our 87 year old Dad on Oct 28th, sale price was $1,25500. He was in the hospital for 4 months and just released on Nov. 13th. The chair wasn't used until the 13th and only for a few hours as he didn't get home until around 5:00 PM. We called Turk's Furniture to see about returning it as it didn't fit him well or recline far enough for him to elevate his broken foot. We removed the chair from his house on Nov. 17th and took it to my sisters. They told us they would come to her house on Nov. 21st to look at it to make sure it was still in like new condition, they didn't know if we would get our money back or do an in store credit. The chair wasn't damaged in any way and had protective covering on it. On the 21st they didn't come look at it, they called and said they weren't going to take it back. That's very sad when a business tells you one thing then they don't stick to what they say!! I will never purchase anything from them again and won't have anything nice to say either.

      They sell service contracts on furniture that the company in which the contracts are bought dont honor them. Why are they aloud to do this? I have a feeling we wasted $500.00 dollars on such a contract. Bought a sofa and chair only 2months old and the material is already breaking down. Have a 25 yrs lazy boy chair that looks new compare to the flexsteel. Waiting to see what they are going to do.

      This customer contacted us via email on 8/7/21 about her furniture. Our store manager did call the customer to speak with her in regards to the issues she was experiencing. The customer stopped into our store on 8/9/21 and spoke with our office manager who then created a service request for a service technician to go and perform a thorough inspection on the furniture. The customer is scheduled for service on 8/18/21, and we are currently waiting for a report from the service technician with the results of the inspection. The service contract the customer is referring to is the extended accidental protection which would cover any rips, ***** or spills the customer would cause to the ********************. It also covers some power and frame issues. The issues the customer is reporting would not apply to the extended protection, but would fall under the manufacturers 1 year warranty which is why we issued a service call.
