Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Bought a customized sectional from Sofa Solutions, about 5 months ago. After the 3 month waiting period, which is fine, we received the sectional and the delivery people and my wife (who was there at the time) saw that one piece was not level. After contacting the store about the issue we were told to take pictures and email them to the store. After we emailed pictures and did everything the store asked us to do, they informed us that there was a miscommunication and to do it again. After doing it again, they referred us to a person who seemed to be from the manufacturer, but they did not respond to any correspondance. After calling numerous times and emailing them we have yet to get one call back or an email. It seems to me they are dodging us and will not help us with a couch that is defective. Finally went in to figure what's going on and finally reached the salesperson/owner. He told us he would send a technician to our home to fix the issue or see what the issue was. After the technician came to our home he told us the couch was defective and would tell the owner. That was more than a week ago, and after multiple calls and a couple emails I have once again not heard from anyone.
Desired Settlement: Since the couch is defective I would request that we get a new one. I'm not asking for a whole sectional, but just the piece that looks to be warped or something.
