4/5 I called ***** told him were going with everything on the estimate. 4/21 Genn around 8:00 p.m. said he would be here in the morning. I said no, this would not work. I said Monday the 24th was great! OKAY. 4/24 c He said he will be out on 4/27 to do the downspout. I asked about the driveway, he said he can do it on 4/28. 4/27 Called ***** at 8:15, left a voice mail. Called back at 9:10. Asked if he was coming. Said yeah. Finally showed up and started the downspout. Around 5 said he would be back tomorrow to complete the job and begin the driveway leveling. 4/28 ****(?) showed up around 8:30, said he was working with ******* the leveling. Needed to see the contact to know what and where the leveling was being done. ***** showed up the two of them finished the downspout and began the leveling. 4:30, ***** had to leave and just give the check to **** when he is done. **** said he was leaving (5:00 or so) and packing up. Confused now. A-1 Concrete Leveling website and ******** page were taken down, **** has the truck with A-1 and ***** has the car that is labeled A-1. Yet, **** hands me his business card with the name ******* Concrete Raising. I was told it was a long story. FB page and the website were up and running and active the day before. ************* the check and he began to say how unhappy he is working with the man. He goes home to sleep, which he has caught him doing several times. My husband is not happy at all with certain areas. Took photos and sent them to ***** said he would come out Sunday. 4/30 ***** came showed him our areas of concern. There are a few sloppy and I mean sloppy areas that we demanded to be corrected. The garage door was just painted. He agreed said he would come by the upcoming week to correct. After today, I have no clue what business he is listed under. Paperwork states A-1 Concrete leveling, website, a1servicesinc.com. However, all have been taken down and no longer listed. We also demanded this taken care of.
