            from the hail damge in 2018 my farmers insurance recommended this company for roof replacement. (should have called ******** roofing). the house and garage were completed in a long day. i noticed their air compressor hoses were leaking and many nails were not flush to the shingles...many up 1/8 of inch. New life said they return for 5 years inspection and repair if needed. they did come out 5 weeks later and redid 1/2 of the roof. they have come out for the past 3 **** now. in 2021 they pushed me off for 4 months after *** came out took photos and said would schedule. there are some shingles that need to be replaced due to raised nails. today sept 20 they were to come out...calls and says to reschedule due rto rain. antioch radar doesn't show rain, its all south and his 20 minute call back is 1 hr overdue.this shingle replacement would not take 4 hrs.it has been a huge pain dealing with getting their 'word' for correcting issues.

            The team at ******** did a fantastic job replacing our aluminum siding and roof after a major hail storm. They were creative, diligent, and thorough in dealing with our insurance company to smooth over any glitches, and the work they did was phenomenal. They did a great job staying on schedule, reassuring us about our questions and concerns, and addressing all of the little details. Neighbors of ours who also suffered hail damaged but went with other companies were envious of the quality of the job NLPR did for us. Our home looks immeasurably better than it did before, and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
