In February, 2023 I had a terrible flood in my home from the condo upstairs. It wiped out my bathroom, bedroom and down in my basement. The incident happened on a Saturday and I was so upset I called my son. My son found Integrity Restoration, which was the best thing in the world. **** came over and not only did he evaulate the situation but his demeanor calmed me down immediately. Being in my seventies I was concerned about the cost, my insurance and how do I start having my house back to normal. Well I can say, with all honesty, that I had nothing to worry about. **** connected with my insurance company and took control of the situation.If I had a question or concern I texted **** and he always texted back immediately. Now everytime I look in my bathroom, bedroom and downstairs I am so impressed how beautiful everything turned out. **** and his crew did a fantastic job. They are the best. I recommend Integrity Restoration with the highest praise.

Jan. 2, 2023 while in **. for the winter I got a call from a neighbor who was checking our house, advised we had a dishwasher with a broken hose which resulted in water covering our first floor. A company [who will nameless] did the mediation and supplied an estimate that was so open ended I had to reject it. I then found *********************** owner of Integrity Restoration at his shop. Making it ****************** within a couple hours visited our house to do a short assessment and had a conversation of process of rebuilding. Included was how major claims are handled and HIS responsibly with the insurance. *** was hired returned to the house two days later and did a full adjusters report to compare with the one the insurance company had done. There was a large difference between the two. This was forwarded to the insurance company, along with notice of code compliance needed. $$$$*** lined up all subcontractors who were well versed on the scope of work and ALL did fabulous work. Integrity Restoration personal were all neat and respectful. Applied for all permits and did most of the dealings with the City. When *** was called or texted, return calls or texts were for the most part quick. As for emails I was copied. *********************** is very professional and highly talented in the insurance claims. I can't say enough about the Integrity Restoration. If you who read this are in need of this service give this company a call and see for yourself. ********

After losing our home, and everything in it, to a house fire We are now one very happy family in a new beautiful home built by the Integrity Restoration team. They range from roofs, siding, windows, and doors to a complete remodel of my home that received major damage by a leaking boiler radiator in an upstairs bedroom. *** not only worked with my insurance company to explain the scope of the work needed to repair the house but also worked with the city inspector to pull all the proper permits, get inspections done, and achieve a beautiful result.
