            Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo:

            On 2/5/2024, 02/23/2024 and 3/14/2024, the Better Business Bureau contacted Cera Restoration requesting for the removal of BBB Accredited Business Torch logos from their website. Cera Restoration is not an accredited business. Therefore, this business is currently violating the BBB's name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation or referenced BBB's name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using BBB's trademark. This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus.  

            This matter has been referred to the International Association of Better Business Bureaus (IABBB) and the Illinois Attorney General's office for further action.

            Fire happened Dec. 2020. Cera construction was hired for restoration in Jan 2021.They overcharged and did not complete home in the timeframe that was on the contract. Their work was not up to code and failed many inspections.
