Complaint: I met with **** ** ***** of AMA to invest $10000 on a six month term and was to get a guaranteed 3.75% rate. I wrote them a check and they deposited it in the Bank of the Internet, at approximately a little over 1%. I was told by Mr. ** ***** that AMA would mail me a check for $135 to get my rate up to the advertised 3.75%. He said it would take ten days. I called repeatedly after two weeks had elapsed and each time was told that a check would be sent right away. It has now been one month and I have not received the guaranteed payment.
Desired Settlement: I would simply like the $135 check so that AMA meets there advertised rate.

Complaint: 10/9/14 met with **** ******* of asset management alliance at *** ********* highway, **** ********.purchased a money market account from ***********************************************. account #************. was promised by mr *******, a promotional gift of $125.00 mailed to me approximately 8-10 business days after the account was opened. the account was approved 10/10/14. as of 11/18/14, i have not recieved said check. i have contacted mr ******* by phone on 11/10/14, and on 11/18/14. the excuses ranged from "its the law, you'll get it . shall i jump on the girls?", to "i've looked into it and it's being processed, you'll get it, you'll get it. its been 27 business days, and i feel it will be even longer. thank you for your help.
