            rock valley fence installed a fence on my neighbors' yard and one side of it was installed on my property when I discovered this this year in the planning of my own fence I called and confronted them about it, **** a presume the owner said it was the responsibility of the owner ,I asked them if they did a survey before installing the fence an was told they just put it up where the owner told them to When a fence company installs a fence U would think it would be done proper and within the property lines ....I can see if the owner installed it himself... I have no idea what my options are to get this resolved
