I registered with Robert Half many years ago and have received infrequent emails from the company since then. Recently, I decided to re-register with Robert Half to find out if the company had any quality opportunities for me. I responded to an email from the ***********, ** location.The company did not respond to my email to say hello, to thank me for my response, or to find out when I was available for a meeting. They simply sent me a ********* Teams invite from the ***********, ** location. When I arrived for the ********* Teams meeting the next day, I was the only one on camera. I was asked a few questions and then told that the team would send documentation. Upon receiving the documentation, the impersonal experience I had was not confidence-inspiring. As a professional, I was not sure Robert Half could meet my needs. I immediately emailed the company to tell them I would not be completing the documentation. I received no response, and the documentation request emails continued for two weeks.As an employment agency, it is in Robert Halfs purview to ensure that they acknowledge the talent they are soliciting and/or advocating for. A personable engagement is necessary to better suit the marketing of talent to any company that needs that talents skillset. There are plenty of experienced people in the world who simply want to make sure their expertise reaches the best employers. Many people have talents that can benefit them and their employer. I ask that Robert Half please train their staff to respect each individual in the professional market. No talent should be missed.Respectfully,A Concerned Candidate
