Consumers allege that they signed up for vendor space at Ladies Pamper Night, a PPES event, at which they were guaranteed a certain number of customers would be present, or the money they paid for their vendor space refunded. The complaints claim that the event did not have the promised customer volume, or in some cases that the event was canceled entirely, and that PPES still refused to issue a refund per the contract and/or verbal agreement they had with the vendors.
