    I took a king size comforter to the ************* store *************** on 1/7/2023 and picked it up from the cleaners on or about 1/10/23. I changed the linen on my bed Monday 1/16/23. The comforter was ripped to shreds at the seams. On 1/16/23 I went to the store to speak with the Manager...***. He told me I brought the comforter in ripped. Before I spoke with him he was coming across the parking lot with his lunch. I was insulted by his response. The cleaners would not have accepted the comforter in that condition to be cleaned. If they would've accepted the comforter in that condition they would have had me sign some type of waiver advising they aren't responsible. What enrages me is I frequent this location and have been giving my money and business for several years. *** the Manager was very smug and arrogant with his response. He wanted me gone so he could eat his lunch. He did nothing to bring resolution. The other employees heard his insulting response. The way the comforter was ripped...I would have personally been embarrassed to bring it to a cleaners for service.

    They are worst than telemarketers. I received TWO calls today and a voicemail. One of them threatening to donate a comforter that I just put in a day before the New Years Eve ******** I normally pick up my dry cleaning when I'm in South Holland for Volleyball on Thursdays (which is tomorrow). The fact that they're threatening to donate my comforter (not the rest of the dry cleaning, the COMFORTER) after one week is ludicrous. Then, to make matters worse, I ask to speak to the manager and first they say he's busy, then put me on hold. CiCi returns to tell me he's too busy to speak to me. I ask for a call back and they said he'll talk to me when I pick up the comforter. I have done business with this place for a while and it's nowhere near where I live. A call to the corporate office ************ goes into a loop that doesn't land anywhere.
