BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: Since the fall of 2013, I have received fliers in the mail from the ***** **** ******* Show (dba Keith Christopher Entertainment Group) and other associated organizations. I have called Windy City Wedding Show company at the number on their website ((XXX) XXX-XXXX) which happens to be the phone number for Keith Christopher Entertainment, and asked to be removed from ALL advertising and mailing lists. Since last fall, 3 requests have been placed, and I continue to receive unwanted communication from them. Additionally, ***** **** ******* Show claims to not giving out my contact information, yet I magically started getting spam from tons of local bridal companies that refer to the Wedding Show I attended (the ***** **** Wedding Show is the ONLY wedding show I have attended). One of the organizations that contacted me even tried scamming me into "free vacations" and purchasing time shares - and they have terrible reviews on the bbb website. I think it is terrible that I attended a wedding show to get ideas for my wedding and ended up with this giant headache.
Desired Settlement: I would like the ****************** Show to respect the wishes of their "customers" and discontinue contacting us when we ask to NOT BE CONTACTED. How hard is it to remove someone from a mailing list?
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/01/15) */ This is the first time that I am hearing of this. We use vertical response as our emailing software which allows anyone to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email once they have unsubscribed the system will ever allow them get emailed again. I have unsubscribed her from our email data bases. She will not be contacted again from our company
