            1) I had a implant procedure done and later discovered the area was infected. It had to be removed because of a foul odor and facial spasms in the area.2) I was once scheduled for a cleaning and when i showed up, was told I have to reschedule because they were overwhelmed with work.3) I had a tooth filling procedure done. I told the dentist and secretary the filling was too high, after he tried to shave it down. I was told I'd be rescheduled and was sent home. The next day I complaint to the secretary and she told me, " Who do you think you are." I told the dentist what was said as he adjusted the filling. He saw nothing wrong with it....as he told me....4) My last dental appointment there was for a cleaning. I again explained how I was not pleased with my last visit. The dentist replied, " You still talking about that".
