My experience here has been consistently disappointing, to say the least. One of the most frustrating aspects of visiting this dental center is the excessive waiting time. My family and I have been subjected to prolonged waits of at least an hour before being taken to the treatment room, only to endure an additional ***** minutes before being seen by the dental assistant and additional wait time before the dentist comes in. This is highly inconvenient, especially considering the impact it has on our own business clients. As business owners, we value punctuality and expect the same level of professionalism from service providers.Furthermore, the quality of the dental treatments my family and I have received has been far from satisfactory. Despite spending over $1000 on a root canal and crown, my husband continues to experience significant pain and sensitivity issues. This is deeply concerning, as we had hoped these procedures would alleviate his dental problems, rather than exacerbating them. The lack of resolution despite the considerable financial investment is truly disheartening.In the past, Dr. ***** provided exceptional service, but since his departure, the level of care has noticeably declined. The subsequent dentist, ************, has left my husband extremely dissatisfied due to the issues he encountered during his root canal procedure. Moreover, it is frustrating that the various dentists he has seen at this clinic keep prescribing different medications without reaching a definitive conclusion or providing long-lasting relief.This Dental Care Center location deserves a rating of 1 star. While the clinic may offer convenient appointment times on paper, the excessive waiting periods negate this advantage. Additionally, the unsatisfactory quality of the dental treatments, the departure of a previously exceptional dentist, and the lack of resolution despite significant financial investments all contribute to a highly disappointing experience.
