            C&M Associates phone number ************* located in ***********, ** has called me and my parents, whom I no longer live with and whose phone number would not be the same as it was when I supposedly incurred the debt, they are supposedly trying to collect. I asked the gentleman who called me his name is *************************** for any information he had on the debt they were trying to collect as I have never done business with an EZ Corp EZ Money before, he gave dates in 2014 and told me money was deposited into my checking account and he even knew my former address and my former employer but that was all the information he had he then transferred me to his supervisor who was a woman and whose name I can't remember and she told me a totally different date than he did from 2013 and she told me I should go to my bank to get more information on this loan after giving me a deposit date. First of all I went to my bank and there is no deposit from any payday loan company on or around the time they claim this was deposited so I then called EZ Corp EZ Money who has numerous complaints about the same type of thing happening to many many other people on the Better Business Bureau's website and they even have a warning about this type of thing on their BBB profile and she said they get between ****** calls a day about this same situation. She ran my name and social security number through her database and confirmed I have never done business with them. She said I should reach out to the ************************ to report this as it is a scam which I have done. They claim they did their due diligence but I think not since this is clearly happening to a ton of others. I asked the *** to shut this company down.

            This is company is fraudlent! REPORT THEM IF THEY CONTACT YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW! I received a call from this company today at 12:30pm EST. I have a scam blocker that is a benefit I receive through my cell phone provider. It automatically notifies me when someone is calling me if the call is a potential Scam or Fraudlent call. When this number (which the bbb will not allow me to list) showed up as a scam call, I did not answer the call. I then noticed that this company had left me a voicemail. In the beginning of the voicemail you it is cut off...you cannot hear what the name of the legal department they claim to be. Here is the exact transcription of what the voicemail stated. The voicemail stated this EXACTLY "...legal department. Due to some suspicious activity related to your name we are tryingto reach you. But unfortunately we missed your answer. In order to connect our legal department press 1 so that we can discuss about your case file and take neccessary action on this matter. In case we would not hear from you then you will face some legal consequences. To connect now press 1 and you will be automatically connected to the concern department. By this call you have been officially notified. Thank you."REPORT THIS COMPANY IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU! I googled the telephone number and checked it here on the Better Business Bureau. It shows up as "C & M Associates Group, **** And also as "Chadworth and Macon" I have found approximately 10 more numbers that are in connection with this FRAUDLENT company. I wish I could list them but as the bbb will not allow you to list telephone numbers, etc.I AM SURE THAT THEY PROBABLY HAVE MANY MORE NUMBERS AND ARE LIKELY TO MAKE MORE NUMBERS AS SOON AS THESE NUMBERS ARE REPORTED AND CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY ARE "SCAM SUSPICIOUS" AND "FRAUDLENT" NUMBERS FROM A FRAUDLENT COMPANY!SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL, BLOCK AND REPORT THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY IF THEY CONTACT YOU, DO NOT SPEAK WITH THEM OR PRESS 1 TO CONNECT TO THEM!
