I simply cannot express how grateful that I am for Family Credit Management. I had no idea where to turn for help in the financial situation that I had gotten myself into. I was absolutely facing bankruptcy and worse. They continue to help me navigate through my difficult time and I've never felt judged for my horrible decisions (which makes all the difference to me). They are VERY responsive and are amazing at what they do and I truly appreciate their services.Review from Amanda M

Absolutely the most amazing company out there. I've been with them for almost a year now and have no regrets ! Yes your credit score will take a dive at first....but be patient and you will see your score rise as your debt falls ! Forever greatful ??Review from David B

I had services with this company for several years. Recently I set up a consolidation plan with them. They took out the money for several months. I prompted them to follow the debt considering plan several times. They blundered over $800 into accounts in a complete disregard for my consolidation plan. All I got was a sorry and an explanation that they couldn't understand my consolidation plan from the notes. The staff lacks competency and can't handle a complicated consolidation plan. Don't waste your money or time with this company.

We investigated your concern regarding your consolidation plan and can see you paid extra in June. Unfortunately, your email was misinterpreted by one of our reps, and the extra funds were split amongst all of your creditors rather than being paid to a specific account, as you requested. However, this was a non-issue in July and August as we did not receive any extra funds. We apologize for disappointing you and making the error. We should have done better and will be conducting additional training to ensure this does not happen again.Review from brittany c

I am in debt from three credit cards and i left a message like it says on the bottom right. Well i received a phone call in less than 24 hours. She was kind, courteous, helped explain things i didnt understand, and most of all she was able to take my payments for two of them at $40.00 a month. That includes NO Interest. I dont know if its a case to case kind of help but im on disability and i was amazed at how far she could make the minimum payment go down. She worked with me and let me pick my due date and start dates so i can start getting out of debt. I am so happy in a couple years i will be out of debt. Very professional team. They know what they're doing and are very quick to help with any issues. They helped me payoff more 20k of credit cards debt in a little over 2 years. If you really want to be debt free go to them. The feeling you get when you're done with your debt is awesome!
