On April 3rd 2024 I purchased tickets to Great Wolf Lodge for my son B-Day. From April 8th-April 10th. My card was charged immediately but I noticed I never got the voucher or an email with the receipt. I chatted with a few people from Groupon chat. They told me to wait a couple hrs and it should appear and there was a glitch in the system. I called Great Wolf Lodge and they dont see a reservation for my family. Its passed the 9 day refund policy so I cant get a refund. Please put my voucher up or send back my money. Its now April the 4th which means our trip is 4 days away. I absolutely NEED the voucher for the bar code. I have never not gotten it on any purchase. If you cant get me the voucher back or send me the correct emailed receipt please send my money back. A lady from Groupon chat sent me a written receipt by her but GWL cant use that. At the top of the receipt she sent in bold letters say voucher not available and they wont use that. I fear we wont have much time to resolve this matter in 4 days before our trip. I dont have ****** to lose over yall system mistake thats gonna cost my son to not have his b day get away. Please make this right
