Im first time homeowner. I hired this company to do cosmetic work on my home. The job wasnt done in the timely manner and rushed job. He started in May and was suppose to be done by End of June. I had to pay rent in my apartment and mortgage in July because the company wasnt finished with the work. I recently had to pay a plumber due to water leaking under my kitchen sink and a new faucet installed in my bathroom because is was improper installed and leaking and the k*** to the kitchen sink was off two weeks after I moved in . The tile in my bathroom is coming up the panel by the tub isnt secure. The paint is chipping in different parts of my house like cheap paint was used. The company left the trash that they was suppose to dispose piled in my garage for me to remove . The company was paid $17,000 and I feel like I been robbed of my money. Im paying twice for a job I paid this company to do and I moved in August all these problems with no reimbursement is problem for me. Im devastated that this company would do that and believe they prey on customer that have no knowledge of carpenters work and first time homeowner. I deserve some form of refund or service by another company paid by them . This company wasnt professional and even took a job with my neighbor while he was suppose to complete mine.
