This company really should be investigated and stripped of their licenses. There are a number of reasons why. They lack basic communication with their clients, they do not return phone calls, they prolong work, they do not care about people being out of a place to live. I bet if it was them that didnt have a place to live in, the work would get done in no time at all. This is the worst company ever! I would leave 0 stars if I could.Review from Sarah W

Our project manager ******* helped us through the insurance claim process after we suffered a fire in our home. He communicated with us weekly with updates on the progress as well as any set backs due to the village or the insurance company. We are happy to be back in our home!

This has been the worst experience of our lives. It was devastating enough to loose most everything we owned. But to be lied to and given excuses is absolutely unacceptable. We were blamed for everything that went wrong. Not once did they accept responsibility for anything. Including the meeting we had with the owner. They hired a plumbing company that took over 7 weeks to complete 36 hours of work. **************** the owner seemed to think that was reasonable. We agreed on a form of communication on a weekly basis that never happened. They lied and said they recorded our meeting but then backtracked and said something must have happened. Our completion date was supposed to be August 2020 we were able to move in end of January 2021. It is now October 2021 the front door is fogged between the windows the front light doesn't have a top. The back light is broken.i could go on. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could.Review from Sheila A

Terrible company. Constant lies and they dont have workers to do the job, never return calls and they claim the President of company ********************* doesnt have a voice mail, nor will they transfer me to him. My next step is to get an attorney. We paid them in full and they havent done any work
