We hired ******************* in March 2017 to replace our roof after seeing some positive reviews. Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with our roof or installation process as one of ************** backed his truck into our concrete in ground basketball hoop we just installed 2 years prior. He hit it hard enough to knock it over but no one decided to tell us besides my neighbor who had happened to see it and let us know later. The worker simply propped it back up which was now a hazard as any little thing would knock it over again. When I told ***** he offered me $100 and nothing more. I told him this was unacceptable as that does not cover the cost of the hoop itself let alone the cost of taking out the concrete and installing a new one. After a long painful process I finally had a new hoop in September of 2017 but we had lost the entire summer of being able to use it. I didnt post then cause I wanted to give ***** the benefit of the doubt and at least he fixed it eventually albeit much later. Very thankful my neighbor told me about this.Nonetheless now its time for the actual roof. Fast forward 4 years and my ceiling starts dripping water one random winter day. My roof is only 3 years old so I reach out ***** but no response after multiple attempts. I eventually gave up and chalked it up to maybe the icy weather that caused it and reached out to another company to help me out. All the other companies said they can fix it but itll cost a lot and that since its barely been a few years Clearing Construction should be the one fixing it for me. If only I could get a hold of anyone. Some time after now my roof starts to leak again and its only getting worse&more common. ***** is not picking up multiple phone calls Ive made for over a week, voicemails, texts, emails, filled out the contact us form on the site&still to no avail. Looks like Im not the only one this has happened to. Buyer beware go with a trusted BBB roofer who will do good quality work
