Our townhome suffered substantial water damage and was rendered uninhabitable. Allied Restoration's Project Manager, ********************* was assigned to manage the restoration portion of the project. From day one, he made a solid impression as true professional who held himself to high professional standards of performance. We live in another state and were not able to personally check on progress or quality. Through out the project, he kept us fully informed, sent pictures and actively sought our input. Near the end of the project when we finally were back on site, we were more than pleased with the outcome. This devastated Townhome looked better than it did when the accident occurred. ***** insured ********************* was addressed. Our first on site inspection identified only a couple of small things that weren't already on his action list. The administrative staff made progress payments easy to reconcile and easy to complete. We have had 3 homes built and thus have experience with large construction firms. This experience with Allied and ***** was over and above our expectations.
