On 12/6, I received an invoice for work 123 Exteriors did on our roof in an amount higher than what was agreed upon with them.On 12/7, I was told "billing team did in fact make an error" and a corrected invoice was sent but that invoice did not reflect credit for last payment made by insurance (a check which 123 Exteriors came in-person to pick up). My wife paid invoice while I was out of town and the amount she paid was too much (did not reflect all previous payments made). I called on 12/7 and was told a refund would be provided.On 12/21, I followed up to ask about the several hundred dollars that 123 Exteriors owes us.On 1/15, I was told "request sent but not yet processed"On 1/30, I asked for status and I was told I would "have a clearer ETA when I will get the overpayment check"On 2/13, I indicated that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I did not have a check by Friday as I had been VERY patient (issue originally reported on 12/6)On 2/16, I called because I still did not have the check in the mail (they could have hand-delivered ... note that they were able to pickup a check from my wife in-person). I was told that they sent the check 2/15 in the evening.On 2/20, I still do not have a check in the mail after allowing time for Saturday and Monday mail delivery.
