0, I give 0, these are the most rude, dissrespectful people I've ever dealt with horrible attitudes, i do NOT tolerate being cussed at, i do NOT tolerate being interrogated and talked to like a child and they do it all, no respect for struggling people, no respect for people at all! ....I tried setting up a payment plan, as I did fall a touch behind I told them my next pay date, offered to set it up to automatically come out for the FULL payment to catch it up, but they wanted almost $400 on my non pay day otherwise it was up for repo and they were coming to get it unless i put my bank account into the negative, they talk with the worst possible attitude anyone could have and treat you like you're nobody, they don't care about anything but getting their money when THEY want it regardless if it leave you in a bigger hole than waiting a couple extra days. I've tried every witch way to work with these people and there is absolutely NO give whatsoever. Hard times do fall on people but do they care? absolutely not. I drive a semi for a living and can't be on my phone, but they don't care if they get you fired no matter how may times you explain it to them. so now I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to make it home to clean my vehicle out over trying to set up a scheduled payment and work with these very rude people.
