              Illinois Lending sent a wage garinshment of 15% to my job 8/23 due to one missed payment not going through on 8/18. I told the lady who called me that the payment should've went through and they can try again. The lady than stated it didnt go through, and I told her I wasnt sure why because I had the money in my account. I told her that I lost my dad earlier that morning and would talk to her later. For whatever reason the manager *********************** then decided to send my job a wage garnishment which took $400 out of my check and left me unable to pay for rent on ****. When I called this morning 9/2 to figure out what happened *** was very rude, asked me how I get her number, and said she wasnt going to work with me because I supposedly hung up on her. I'm just very disappointed and sadden that this company cares more about, then sympthatizing with me due to my father's death. I would like this complaint to go to whoever is in charge, because I am deeply bothered by this experience.
