This company is fraudulent! So many inconsistencies: Their Sample Prospectus claims the Director is *************************, who I called, and she had NEVER heard of Ameristar.************************** Senior Associate told me the *** is *************************. The sample prospectus states the *** is *******************************. Another representative said the ***'s name is *****, but the last name is confidential - how can a ***'s name be confidential, and not appear on the SEC filing?******* said 12/2023 they had their Regulation D investments for 1.5 years. Yet the SEC website shows only 1 filing - 8/2023. They'd be in breach of the law for lack of SEC registration prior to that. Additionally, they've only been registered as a business in ******* since 7/2023.******* said the CD would be registered in MY name - yet the prospectus states it would be registered under Ameristar. After answering some questions, they requested my social security number to prove I'm an accredited investor before answering questions that challenged their legitimacy. When I declined, they said that a private service showed I did NOT meet accreditation requirements and refused to answer questions. It's not possible to determine accreditation status knowing only my name and email, and their determination was incorrect. Accreditation is only necessary for investing, not for providing information. For example, I requested proof of their relationship with ************** which they use for their investment. I asked them to see the website they use to find their borrowers, an essential part of their investment strategy. Their ******** page has 25 5star reviews all posted within 6 minutes by people with names beginning with 'Msr' and Mst' - that's how they write Mr. and Ms. in ********** - obviously fake reviews. They replied to my Trustpilot review stating that: I'm a personal trainer and thus couldn't possibly be accredited, that I continue contacting them and that I deleted a previous review - all false!
