Over the past 12 months, the BBB has closed fifty-two (52) consumer complaints against the company. In thirty (30) of these complaints, consumers alleged that the product that the company offers could not be used as advertised, most of them stating that they could not use the product because it did not fit, but company reps helped determine what size would fit the customer and the customer ordered the product based on the rep's recommendation.
Others stated that they needed the product within a specific time frame, and the company failed to ship within the specified window. While in these cases the company does not provide a refund and the customer is required to pay a restocking fee. Consumers further alleged that when they ask about exchanging the product for a proper fit, the company would not allow a direct exchange, either.
