This whole situation was sketchy. The medical ofc who was using MiraMed never even sent me a bill for the $45, so it was a surprise that it was in collections. And, MiraMed is so unprofessional in how they handle their business. I got my first call from them a few weeks ago, and the woman on the other end had terrible grammar and her phone sounded like she was in a tunnel. I thought it was a scam and hung up. Then, they sent a text message with my reference #, so when I tried to use that, nothing came up on their website. I called the 800# in the text and got someone who was also very unprofessional and THEIR line kept going out when she talked, so it again sounded very fake. I tried calling back and got no one, just a recording. Just now I got a text and this time I was able to access my account thru their website. They had some random zip code for me, that's why it didn't work the first time I used their website. They don't provide their bill pay mailing address so we can set up bill pay through our bank accounts. They only offer using a credit card or putting in our bank account info into their website. Because of how sketchy their who system has been, I wasn't doing either of those options. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I just now called their 866# and got someone who was very professional and gave me their bill pay address. . I gave them a 2 star rating only because the woman I just spoke with for the address was very professional, spoke clearly and didn't have a ratchety phone.
