BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: On May 21st, 1015 the Cleaning Authority cleaned my home. I was unsatisfied with not only the quality of the cleaning service, but the cleaning crew made rude and racist comments to my wife. My wife was offended and appalled by the crews behavior, but paid their fee. I immediately called and spoke to the manager and canceled any future services. This was the very first visit. A week later, I received a bill demanding an additional $98 for canceling the service after the first visit. As I never signed any agreement and in light of the crews behavior I was puzzled by the demand and made several attempts to contact the owner and manager from May 30th until June 4th. Not call returned. On June 12th, I receive a letter from a collection agency attempting to collect on behalf of the Cleaning Authority. I believe that I have become a victim of a collection fraud and racism. I do not owe this company any additional fund, have never signed a contract and have never agreed to any term of service or cancellation fee. This company has filed a false claim to a collection agency of which I will now have to fight. This company should be investigated, as their behavior suggests that I am not the first victim.
Desired Settlement: I do not owe any amount to this company. I would like for this company to withdraw its collection complaint and to receive a formal apology from this company.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/06/24) */ We have stopped trying to pursue monies owed to us. We just wrote it off.
