I paid ****** memorial to make a headstone for my father *********************** who is buried at Restvale Cemetery. I paid for the marker as well as the fees charged by the cemetery to set the stone. Payment and all required paperwork was completed in November of 2021. I was told the cemetery did not accept deliverys until the weather would permit setting of the stone. I waited until May of this year to contact them only to have them tell me they did not have the stone. I contacted ****** who claimed to have it. They assured me they would deliver it the following week. I have called Restvale several times only to be told they dont have it, but they would resolve the issue and call me back. This has happened at least 5 times, no call back. I requested the manager/owners contact info and they refused to give it to me. I last called ****** who promised a call back. Its been 2 weeks no callback. I paid ****** ******* and Restvale ****** for their services. I have all of my paperwork and receipts. Can you please help me to find and get my Dads grave marker installed. I am upset and frustrated that both of these businesses would take my money and not provide the services I paid for. If something has happened to the stone I expect it to be replaced in time to set it this year before the weather gets bad again.
