I personally wouldnt recommend doing business with or working for this company! As a previous employee, who worked in the *************************** requested to use the restroom while a candidate was in the process of completing their application. After requesting to use the restroom the manager on duty, ****************************** denied me my human rights. She later demanded me to clock out for the day, which I did per her request. I went to work the next day, as scheduled, and was terminated by ***************************. I contacted the Regional Human Resource representative, ************************* as I attempt to get my job back but was denied and later informed that Im on the *** list with the company. Ive never been nonrehirable from any of my previous employers and Ive worked companies that are known to fire people for the smallest reasons! I was told by another HR **** **************************** that the situation should've been handled differently, still I wasn't able to get my job back and stay listed as non-rehireable. I would like to note that I had filed numerous ethical complaints on *************************** , HR manager and ****************************** HR Generalist; during my employment. There was never any progress or updates on my reports and the behavior from managers remained unchanged. With more warehouses workers uncomfortable with asking about things related to their payroll or with benefits. Ive been desperately trying to have this issue resolved with the company as well as unemployment benefits as they were denied by the company! Please dont work for or do business with a company that doesnt allow their hardworking employees use the restrooms to relieve themselves, when you have detained criminals who rights arent revoked when they ask could they use the restroom no matter the circumstancesthey even receive medical assistance if they request for it! I've tried everything to get this issue resolved, to no avail.
