We signed a contract in January to begin a bathroom remodel project. We were promised the work would be completed in 6.5 weeks and agreed to an aggressive payment plan. ***** would fail to communicate any updates to us, we were constantly asking for schedules of when workers would show up and when they would show up, they would stay for 2 hours leave to go work on another project. The only time ***** would communicate was to collect a check. It is now October and we still do not have the project completed with empty promises, zero communication and him taking our money without any sign of the job being completed. We learned he was selling part of his business to Milestone Cabinetry who would help with the remainder of the project. Milestone was immediately disrespectful informing us they did not care "if" and "how" the project was completed. ***************** was just as awful and disrespectful to deal with as ******************. All we want is our money back. They refuse to refund us the thousands of dollars that we have paid them up front and have they have literally taken our money and run. From what we understand ****************** is the senior designer for ***************** at Milestone Cabinetry. I would caution anyone from partnering with these companies and these men as they are liars and cannot be trusted.
