This is for ****** location. 879 Bedford rd My boat was taken into here for the 4.5 star review. come to find an operating permit to ***** and *********************** by they ****** city council in 2021. They are using previous owners reviews. That is false advertising. When I bought my boat in I was told it would be done for fishing for the cure tournament. I lost $150 entry fee. I was told it was the fuel pump costing between$400 to $500. I approved it. I got another phone call telling me its not that it is oil warning module costing $400 to $500 in which I approved. I was waiting for call back received nothing. I called them and mechanic on vacation so ask to speak to manager It was the owner ***** and I was told she would get back to me. She did I was told boat will not be done until July 7th. Over a month later and left message. was told $581 plus tax. Call on 3rd saying done price was $959. so went in next day ask person at counter to see receipt. There was parts listed on there that I had already replaced in September. ask to speak to ***** showed her my amazon where i had purchased a fuel line. she did not care. ask to speak to mechanic and he told me parts were junk. I was very mad and upset. I never approved any other work to be performed! ***** was already jacked up from what was approved. So later my wife was out to dinner and her husband (owner) used their company to call my phone and start threatening me. I hung up. Then he started texting me calling me ignorant names. Bottom line is my boat still sitting in garage not running because problem never fixed so no boat all summer. I found 2 other problems with it. ***** knocked off 2 hrs labor but it was still higher the quote and my boat still don't run. you will see reviews on ****** and yelp still using previous owners name. putting stuff on their site that is not true is illegal.
