I tried for over a month to obtain status on a family member's medical **** with one of AdvantEdge's clients and was constantly run around and unable to resolve the matter and either pay the **** from the Estate or obtain the status if insurance ever reprocessed it at some point leaving a 0 balance. Letters of Office were sent, copies of the **** were sent, but I kept being told it went to a collection agency that claims they have no such account sent over from AdvantEdge's client. I literally logged more than 6 phone calls going back and forth, then wrote the client a letter stating that I have exhausted all efforts at due diligence in trying to pay these people money I thought was owed (why are they running a revenue cycle company if they can't even find what they did with an account?). After giving up, I let the HR department know they clearly have a performance management or personnel problem and the woman had the nerve to call back and say people were just on vacation (on vacation for an entire month??). Supposedly, someone was to get right on it. That was last Friday. Obviously, their client is not getting paid because they cannot even locate what they did with their own client's account and cannot research where it went (if, in fact, it even went somewhere else in the first place). Just the worst customer service. It would be understandable if you were a consumer seeking a refund, but people who are trying to PAY them are being ignored (no callbacks to date aside from HR's lame vacation excuse) or run around to an agency that does not even have the account. Again, people are trying to pay them and they can't even locate the account or go look for it on behalf of their own client. Just unbelievable.Very very bad experience. Have never heard of a business that doesn't call back people who are obviously trying to pay their own client money. Just makes no sense whatsoever.
