            I bought a cocoon mattress July 22, 2023. I called two days later to cancel the order and the representative canceled my order. The mattress showed up anyway, but I wasnt charged at that time. I called sealy to tell them the mattress arrived anyway on August 10th to which I was sent an email telling me that I would be receiving instructions on how to return the mattress in 5-7 business days. Then they charged me for the mattress around August 14th. I have been trying to call their line but get a busy signal so I have been emailing them to get my refund since it is accruing unnecessary interest. I got a response that the information is with the right people and I should be hearing from them shortly. Today is August 29th and I still havent heard a thing. I have been patient and I think I need you guys to help me. I have all emails and dates. I just want my refund. I would be happy to send them their mattress back(unopened by the way) if they would just tell me how.
