            DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER! I ordered a cake online and was notified it may take up to two weeks to be delivered. My account was charged the price for the cake, the day after I ordered . After two weeks went by and the cake was not delivered, I called the bakery. The lady inform me she did not have the supplies for my cake and she would mail it two days later, which was Friday. However this was never done and again I was never notified of the delay. The following Monday I called and requested a refund, the employee said she would do so at that time. However, I was never refunded my money. I had to actually go to the bakery to get a refund. I have always orders cakes from here, but never again. At no time did I ever get an apology or was offended compensation. I was only giving an apology in person, after asking her if this was how she ran her business, at the time I went to get my refund in person. Just awful.
