              I HAVE PURCHASED AN EXTENDED CAR WARRANTY FROM ****. MY 2017 CHEVROLET SILVERADO NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION. THE CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED BY ****. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH BOTH THE REPAIR SHOP (******/*************** ********* **) AND ****, PILES CAN NOT PROVIDE THE REPAIR FOR THE AMOUNT ALLOWED BY THE ADJUSTER FROM ****. AFTER CONTACTING **** THEY ADV THEY REIMBURSE BASED ON FAIR MARKET VALUE AND THEY FOUND THE PART CHEAPER THROUGH LKQ. THIS INFORMATION WAS RELAYED BACK TO PILES, PILES HAS SENT ME THE QUOTES FROM LKW WHICH ARE STILL SUBSTANCIALLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT THE ADJUSTOR HAS ALLOWED FOR. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH SEVERAL TIMES ****, AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT ADJUST THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID. THE REPAIR CAN NOT BE MADE FOR THE ALLOWANCE EVEN WITH PILES OUTSOURCING THE PARTS TO LKQ (WHO **** SAYS THEY *****D THROUGH). I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR TWO WEEKS. IN THE MEAN TIME WE HAVE NOT HAD A VEHICLE AND NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BE MADE. THE DESCRIPANCY IS AT MINIMUM $1400.00. EVERY CONTACT WITH **** HAS BEEN A SUPERVISOR WILL BE IN CONTACT OR HAVE ****** WITH *************** REACH BACK OUT TO THE ADJUSTOR. ****** FOLLOWED BACK UP TODAY AND SAYS **** IS WILLING TO CHANGE NOTHING AND CAN NOT BE PROVIDED THE PARTS AT THE ***** **** HAS SUGGESTED.

              As a retired adjuster for RV and Auto for a very large insurer,, My experience with **** has been very subpar!! The adjuster for my claim was knowledgeable but yet very pro company and not willing to help a customer on a claim that was down to an opinion of the adjuster on the claim. I spoke to another **************** Rep that was... well.. **** No last Name. And I will leave it at that!! A Supervisor called me and didn't tell me his name, He should have stayed home today.. ! There are some good people there but I would suggest a different company for a warranty!!
