            On May 4th, 2023 - I purchased 4 tires from Ace Tire and Wheel based on their recommendation that the were for my vehicle. After the 2nd week, I noticed a bubble on the side wall of tire and my rim slightly damaged. To find out from manufacturer that Nitto tires are not recommended for my truck. I have emails and voicemail from manufacturer. Have tried to work with vendor but basically with hand motion said the owner washes his hands of this issue. I was willing to buy the right tires and pay the difference but wanted them to replace, not repair, replace my rim. They did not want to replace the rim. Didn't appreciate the "washing of the hands" gesture, basically dismissing me. Looking for a full refund and reimbursement of the rim.
