Complaint: Grand Auto Glass replaced my windshield on June 2,2014 and after the replacement water began to leak and as a result of the water leakage the carpet inside my car is ruined. The first time I saw the water leaking I took my car back and they put silicone around the window and told me that the water wasn't coming from the windshield and they didn't know where it was coming from. The second time I called they said it was coming from my sunroof which was broken before I got the windshield fixed and I never had a problem before so I knew that wasn't true. The third time I went back and I asked if they were going to repair it and they told me no. I insisted they do a water test and all they did was run a low pressure water hose over the window which did nothing. There were two guys thereone who originally installed the windshiled and the other was there helping him with the water test, he asked if the water was coming from my sunroof and the orignal guy told him no and they still didnt fix it. I called again after that because it rained and my carpet was soaked once again and when I talked to the man he told me I had to get my sunroof fixed first.
Desired Settlement: I want the business to fix the problem and to get my carpet cleaned. If they can't do that I want reinbursment for the repair.

The third time when she came back one of my guys ran water and blew air around the glass and he couldn't find the water leakage however he saw that customer's car sunroof it wasn't completely closed. We explain the customer what was the problem but she said that is not the sunroof. We, Grand Auto Glass, will gladly to take care of problem but customer needs to fix the sunroof as well, because even if we remove the glass again she will have the same problem.We regret the inconvenience this may have caused our customer.
