1. The car drop off date at Performance Werks : March of 2022 2. The first time pick up date from Performance Werks ( after they said it is good be picked up after they had done excessive repairs) : Nov of 2022 - The problem of heavy smoke coming out from mufflers and acceleration issues (sluggishness) were still the issues with the vehicle 3. Performance Werks asked me to drive the vehicle and put some miles on this and see if the problem gets resolved. To be compliant to them, I drove the vehicle and put in some miles, the issues did not get resolved.4. Reported back to Performance Werks around December 2022 and said the issues did not resolve by itself. They asked me to drop the vehicle off again at Performance Werks to take a look and fix the issue. After a few days, they said and confirmed these issues can not be resolved or fixed by themselves. - when I asked why, they said no one or any mechanic can not fix these issues. So, they ask me to sell this vehicle to a third party so that I do not want to deal with this issue any more.5. I was so frustrated after hearing this news and after spending all this money on this car, I knew this issues can be fixed because the issue of sluggishness (not accelerating) started after Performance Werks performed the repairs on my car. Only issue the car had was white smoke coming out from mufflers when it was first dropped off at this shop.6. Since I wanted to find out what the performance Werks did to the car, I decided to drop off the car at another independent auto repair shop called MPC Northbrook around January of 2023.
