I brought my car in over a month ago with the same problem all wheel drive with rear axle he told me okay thats under the warranty work we done but anything different from that you have to pay I said I know that then every other day call the owner he had a excuse so I call him October 11 ask about my car he say so you telling the bbb about me I say yes you had my car to long do say now a traction light on I tell him that was not on when I brought it to you he started yelling and one of the guy tell him that wasnt on so he say we got look at it that September 28 so time go by I call him he say that 7 hundred and 80 dollars I say how that wasnt on there when it came in then I say ok I got extended warranty he say ok let me call them then a week go by I call him October 10 he say I call them Wednesday I say you havent done that either I say am coming to get my car you playing game when I come and get it nothing fix on my car not am so angry I go to the trunk to make sure my belongings back there and she the flap guard and I started looking around my car to see where this come from and I Bend down to the front of my car and it belongs up there it broke I go back in there and say where my car been that the flap guard it broken off my car he come out and say it a piece go to this I say I know the the other piece hanging on to my car he look under and say thats nothing I order you another one I said wow yall just been jacking my car up he never told me that was broke and he never fix my car all that time it was in there he just lied to me he even act like I was calling him and I told him every time you came to the phone you act like you didnt know who I was a long as my car been there you dont know me I just wanted my car fix he done nothing it came back worse than what it was Cadillac XTS 2013 premium he should be ashamed of him self
