The car has been at there shop from November 2023 to Feb. 20 ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** there lot from Nov to Januarary where it was damaged more rear bumper the car was to be completed the first of Jan ************ is saying arts on back order which is incorrect the *** dealer has parts in stock they this delay technique ************* rental was returned Jan2 ********************************************************************************************************************************************* the paint, scratches and bumper damage when I told them about it they tried to tell me it came in like that No it did not the car was damaged in there lot 2 and a half mouths it was parked back of there lot It does not take 4 mouths to order and repair any car the car has not *** placed and parked in a sucure spot *********** and quality of work done by this shop is not acceptable I would like to get my car returned to me 100% no new damage and reimbursement of the time for rental of a car for the very long delay in this shop ability to complete the work in a timely fashion part ordering and inspection should have done when the car arrived in there shop in November an estimate has never been given to me we also have followed up with state farm with the poor service and the quality of work being done by there Preferred Auto repair center Again 1) return my vehicle to me at 100% every thing working 2)no additional damage and paint matching no scratches no dirt in paint 3)reimbursement or compensation for *************** due to poor inspection and extended time delay in part ordering This shop has only called me about my vehicle 3 times after having to send several hours on the phone with State Farm complaining of the poor service and quality of work this shop is given me We will refuse to accept any thing less 4MO RIDICULOUS
