Complaint: On Aug-XX-XXXX, I took my *** **** to firestone to resolve a overheating problem. Firestone identified the problem as a water pump problem. Firestone diagnosed the problem and replaced the water pump. The total in repairs were $563.87 Later, I continued to have the same problem with my vehicle. I arrived at Firestone on Oct-X-XXXX to advise Firestone that I was having the same problem that I had originally had back on Aug-XX-XXXX. They told me that I had a cooling system issue and the radiator / auxiliary cooling fan motor needed replaced. I was surprised that this wasn't detected originally. Anyhow, I needed my car. So I paid 441.73 to hopefully and finally resolve the over heating problem. Shortly after Firestone repaired and or replaced parts in my cooling system, my car continued to overheat... I brought the car in again and ask if the could resolve this issue for once and for all. They said that they would. On Nov-X-XXXX firestone worked on my car again. This time providing me with and invoice for 441.73. I paid the invoice. No further than 1 mile away from the firestone location my car again started to overheat. Firestone has never resolved the over heating issue and I have paid them over $1450.00. in addition, my heat doesn't work in my car. Can you please help me..
Desired Settlement: I would like Firestone to be accountable for their gross negligence and fix my car with no further cost to me. I would like to also receive a refund for at least half of what I have paid to get it repaired..
